How to Change Students' Access to Your Lesson

SKIES' latest update allows you to change students' access to your lesson. This is helpful if you have multiple periods and, you want the lesson to be open only to one period and hidden from the rest.

Below are the steps to change the access to your lesson:

• Click the "Edit Pencil" icon next to your lesson title.
• On the pop-up window, go down to Access Control.
• Click the dropdown menu button on the far right of "All Students".
• You can either select from "No Access" to hide the lesson, "View Only" if you don't want your students to submit responses, or "View and Post" if you want students to post, too.

You can also click "All Students" to expand the list of Periods and change the access that way, or click the Period to expand the list of students and change access for each student.
