How to Turn Collaboration On and Off

SKIES makes learning fun and engaging by allowing students to collaborate with each other during an activity - they can check their classmates’ response, add a comment, or even a question! This can be done by enabling the Collaboration function. It can be turned on on all students’ responses, or even on selected students.

Here’s how teachers can turn Collaboration on and off:

• Click the Allow students to view all responses at the bottom of the response cards; or click the 3 dots at the bottom of your lesson card and select Collaboration. 
• To turn collaboration on/off for selected students, click the circle with the student's initials on selected students. 
• Gray circle means collaboration is turned off, so students can only see their own responses.
• Blue means collaboration is turned on; students can also see their classmates' responses.
