How to Record and Post an Audio with Text Transcription (Speech-to-text)

Audio with transcription is helpful, especially for lower grades who are just starting to read and write.

Here's how to record and post an audio with transcription, in SKIES:

1. Click the +Make new card button.
2. Select Record Audio.
3. Click the None button and select the language (e.g. English, if you will be recording in English). Note that you must do this before recording.
4. Click the Record button.
5. You may also edit the text, if you need to, or click Retake if you need to retake the recording.
6. Once you're done, click Save.
