How to view your lesson as a student on the app

There are times when you need to check how your lessons appear in your students’ view; or if you want to troubleshoot and see what happens if you will respond as a student. SKIES allow you to view the lesson as a student in a few easy steps!

1. Click your username on the top left of the page.
2. Select one student from the list of students you have in the class. We also added sample student accounts (SkiesStudent1, SkiesStudent2, and SkiesStudent3) for you to use, so you can check and answer as a student, even if you have no enrolled students.
3. The page will change from your view of the lesson to the student's view. You will see the blue + sign button and can add a response as the student. You can always delete it after.
4. To go back to your view, just click username on the top left again, then the Back to teacher button.

Note: If you're using an iPhone, make sure it's turned sideways so you can choose a student.
