Sometimes, a worksheet that you annotated and submitted does not fit the page - it either becomes too small or too zoomed in. These are some reasons for that - you may have resized the file while annotating, dragged the worksheet, zoomed in or zoomed out too much, or you may have written outside the worksheet/page area.
Here's how you can fix it:
- Click the pen icon below your response card, then the Edit Drawing button
- We recommend clicking the magnifying glass at the top left so you can see the whole page. The white area that you see is/will become the size of the file that will be saved.
- If you wrote over/outside the worksheet area, move your texts or writing inside. Though remember, in some cases, your teacher will allow you to do this, so disregard this step if you're allowed to do so.
- To fix the size of the worksheet:
- use the arrows icon to zoom in or zoom out to the right size;
- the hand icon to grab and move the worksheet around (make sure there's not too much space on the sides);
- click the small circles that form a triangle at the bottom left of the page, to change the size of the document. Remember, the whole white area will become the size of the file that will be saved.
- Before you save your work, click the magnifying glass at the top left first, to preview how your card will look like once submitted.
Here's a video demonstrating how to do it:
