How Students Could Ask Teacher a Question

In this article, we'll show you how students could ask teacher a question, and how a teacher could allow students to send questions.

1. Teachers could post a card and allow students to respond

• Click the +Make new card button and create a card (e.g. select Enter Text).
• Click the Responses button and select the type of media (e.g. Text if you want them to answer with texts)

How students could send questions:

• Click the + button and type in the question.
• Click Save Card.

Teachers will see the questions right below the lesson card.

2. Teachers could turn the chat feature on

• Click the chat button on the bottom right of the page.
• To turn on the chat, click the toggle button on the chat upper right of the chat window.
• Teacher could initiate a private chat by clicking the dropdown at the bottom of the chat window and selecting the username of the student.

  How students could send questions privately:

• Click the chat icon on the bottom right of the page.
• Click the dropdown on the bottom of the chat window, then select the teacher's name.
• Type in the message and click Post.

Both teacher and student will see the messages by clicking the chat icon.
