How to Check the Number of Logged In Students

SKIES has made it easier for you to check your class attendance without calling out your students individually. You can follow these steps on how to check the number of students logged into your class, in 3 different ways:

1. SKIES Virtual Classroom Buttons
   • • • At the bottom of the panel where the Waffle icon is, you will see a People icon. On the right side is the number of online users.
       • You can click the Waffle icon to check the name of the students logged in.
2. Course Code
   • • At the top of your SKIES page, click the Course Code.
     • A pop-up window will appear with the QR code on it.
     • On the right side of the code, you will see the list of student usernames who are currently logged in to your course.
3. Participation Button
   • Below your Course Title, click the Participation button.
   • On the next page, you will see the list of students enrolled in your course.
   • Students highlighted in Green are those who are currently logged in.

Note: If students are highlighted in Green but do not show in tables, make sure they click the Waffle icon too.
