There would be cases when LAUSD students may report being unable to login to SKIES because of the offline error. This error is caused by their VPN called Global Protect.
Follow these steps below to fix the error:
- Click "Global Protect" on your iPad.
- Click "Tap to Connect" and wait until the background turns blue and it says Connected.
Students should then be able to log in to SKIES without issues, afterward.
However, if the students still encounter the same error. Have them turn their iPad off and back on, and repeat the steps above.
