Allowing Permission on Computer for SKIES Optimal Performance

To ensure that your SKIES virtual classroom runs smoothly, follow these steps to allow permission in your computer.

1. Share your screen with at least 1 person.

2. How to turn on permissions on a browser (eg. Google Chrome):

• Find a lock icon (looks like a bicycle lock) to the left of where you type in your URL (.com)
• Click the lock icon.
• Allow microphone and video.

3. How to turn on permissions on your computer:

• Click on the Apple or Window icon on the top left of your screen
• Open your system preference.
• Click on the "Security and Privacy" icon that looks like a house.
• Go to "Screen Recording"
• Click the checkbox for Google Chrome (this is the best browser to use SKIES on)
